Cyclista Return Policy
CD's, videotapes and DVD's still in their original shrink-wrap can be exchanged for other Cyclista merchandise.

To return items for exchange credit:

• Contact Cyclista at 208-863-3346 to obtain a return authorization number. Print this number on the outside of the return package and on a copy of the original packing slip.
• Include a copy of the original packing slip (with return authorization number) with all returns.
• Insure your return shipment. Cyclista assumes no liability for lost or damaged return shipments.

Checking Out
When you've collected all the items you want to purchase, click the "Checkout" link at the top of the page. This will take you to our secure checkout where you tell us how you want us to ship your stuff, we add up the purchase price, shipping and handling charges, sales tax if you live in Idaho, and you tell us how you are going to pay for it.
If you want, you can fax us an order, foregoing the wonders of e-commerce using our printable order form.
We will not charge your credit card until we determine your order is scheduled for shipment. Only then is your credit card charged.

Special Orders
If you have a special cycling media request, let us know. If we can get it we will sell it. If you know where we can get it and would like us to share it with the rest of the world, we would be more than happy to do so.
